CITY OF FRISCO, TEXAS
Via was retained by the City of Frisco to develop a comprehensive Public Art Master Plan. Working with City staff and a citizen public art committee, Via has developed a plan that provides policies and procedures for commissioning and acquiring works of art, a community based projects plan and a community involvement plan. The draft plan was approved by City Council in November 2004.
Via is continuing to work with the City of Frisco managing eighteen public art projects ranging from the new Frisco Square Plaza, Fire Stations, International Soccer Complex, Convention Center, Police Station, Parks and Hike and Bike Trails.
